What this experiment measures.
Probbl is a non-operational civic-technology concept. The experiment is intended to identify which public-safety organizations and professionals are interested in the capabilities described, how they expect to use them, and whether they believe those uses are reasonable and permitted under their current policies.
Submitting the form expresses interest in the concept. It does not request an available product demonstration, begin a sales process, reserve future access, or create a commercial relationship.
What the form collects.
The form asks for a professional email address, agency or organization, jurisdiction, professional role, capabilities of interest, and whether the respondent would recommend that the organization evaluate Probbl if it became available.
Respondents may optionally describe an intended use and assess its policy fit and reasonableness. Do not submit classified, confidential, evidentiary, investigative, personal, or otherwise sensitive information. Submissions are routed by a third-party form processor to team@probbl.io.
This site uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic sources, page views, and form interactions. The analytics setup does not use cookies or persistent identifiers, and form-interaction events record only whether a form was started, submitted, or encountered an error—not the contents of any field.
How responses may be checked.
Responses may be reviewed to confirm that the respondent and organization exist, that the respondent has a plausible professional connection to the named organization, and that duplicate, automated, misleading, or nonresponsive entries are excluded.
A response may be categorized as unverified when it cannot be reasonably confirmed. Verification establishes the authenticity of the response—not agency authorization, procurement intent, legal approval, or an official institutional position.
What may be published.
Verified responses may be combined into aggregate findings about the number and types of organizations expressing interest, capabilities selected, evaluation recommendations, proposed uses, roles represented, and optional assessments of reasonableness and existing policy.
Neither an individual nor a named organization will be identified, quoted, or characterized publicly without separate affirmative permission. Aggregate reporting will distinguish verified unique organizations from total form submissions and will describe the disclosure participants saw before submitting.
How long responses may be kept.
Identifiable response data may be retained for verification, deduplication, research analysis, participant contact when separately authorized, and documentation of published aggregate findings. To withdraw a response or request deletion, email team@probbl.io from the address used to submit it.
Removing an identifiable response will not necessarily change aggregate findings that were already published, provided those findings can no longer reasonably be associated with the participant or organization.
What you are agreeing to.
Participation is voluntary. The required consent applies to verification, retention, and anonymous aggregate analysis of the submitted response. Permission to receive notice when aggregate results are published is separate and optional.
